Memories and experiences of grief or loss in relationships can leave an indelible mark and can affect every relationship in your life. Behaviours that stem from these experiences become habitual and unconscious and affect all other relationships potentially limiting your ability to have healthy and caring connections with people.
If a person is suffering from any separation in life whether it be a relationship break up, divorce or death, there are many emotions to deal with. If this is unresolved the person may never trust enough to have another relationship again. All this grief and sadness can be isolating and misunderstood.
