I work with both children and adults to find the original cause of trauma and address this in current time.

Abuse trauma limits your ability to develop healthy connections with other people and causes low self-esteem and an inability to sensitively care for yourself.

Physical pain from an accident, an operation, a sports injury, other injuries, or childhood, can cause a stress response in the body which is retained as cellular memory. This programmes the body and mind to act and live in a certain way, from this place of pain.

The result is the same and can be cause a great disruption to your productivity and ability to focus. Individuals who have experienced workplace trauma will come into a session very anxious, sad, or depressed. They may also be isolating themselves.

Memories and experiences of grief or loss in relationships can leave an indelible mark and can affect every relationship in your life. Behaviours that stem from these experiences become habitual and unconscious and affect all other relationships potentially limiting your ability to have healthy and caring connections with people.

Phobias are unexplained, uncontrolled, and irrational reactions to an object or situation such as spiders, snakes, dogs and other animals, water, heights, food, textures, blood, closed spaces, limiting spaces, and many more. They can be very challenging to live and affect many aspects of a person’s life.

Addictions are behaviours and habits that we use to supress unresolved emotions and pain. Addictions are used to distract from the real problem. These include alcohol, smoking, vaping, gambling, eating, shopping, and other irrational or unpredictable behaviours.
